According to George Ho, City of Irvine requires outside inspector to inspect the rebar (epoxy, tie pattern, etc.), report to the city inspector, and then the city can approve the reinforcement for foundation concrete pouring. Ho’s Remodeling is contacting the outside inspector as assigned by the city.
