Ho’s Remodeling got the construction permit on 8/16 and they started the demolition this morning. Four workers were here for the first day. The work was primarily in demolition. The workers placed all the doors and frames in the storage area. I talked with Albert Lin, we are hoping that we might be able to sell the doors to some who might be interested in the used doors and frames. The workers also placed against the wall the glasses that they removed from the interior windows. Generally, the work has been careful and with caution. A good progress for the first day.
Ho’s Remodeling is anticipating the garbage container to arrive in the staging area at the beginning of September due to the shortage of Waste Management company drivers. There is no driver to deliver the container.
